"Beautiful new location and wonderful experience"
I absolutely loved the location and atmosphere of this training. This felt like it was made as a personal spiritual retreat for yoga. Every step is beautiful and designed to refresh the soul seamlessly blending garden with jungle. Everyone was so supportive and willing to help you do or get anything you needed while you were staying there, from picking up palo santo to a quick grocery store run. I am still daydreaming about the incredible food we had every day. Creative, nutritious, and delicious.
The classes and schedule were challenging but nurturing and informative. There were additional interesting workshops, rituals, and health studies that supplemented and enhanced the traditional yoga classes. It was great to dive deeper into practices beyond typical asanas. I would recommend this training to anyone looking for a life-changing beautiful experience that nurtures your soul.
