Angela is an accredited MBSR teacher. After seeing the benefits that mindfulness brought - being more productive and focused, improved business, and personal relationships, less stress, improved well-being, and the ability to remain calm when dealing with stressful situations, Angela decided to step back from her beauty distribution business and train as a mindfulness teacher. She has since established a bed and breakfast and retreat center, where she now runs a variety of mindfulness programs.

Angela and Alistair are wonderful down-to-earth hosts. They welcome you with open arms into their beautiful home. There were three of us staying with them and another five attending the course on a daily basis. All attendees were friendly and interesting. The sessions provided an excellent introduction to mindfulness with on-going support, including meditations, to be provided over the coming weeks. Beautiful cliff tops with stunning views over the sea provide the perfect setting for learning the practice.

"Mindfulness meditation in Nature"
Angela and Ali our hosts went out of their way to look after us. They obviously love what they do and genuinely care about their guests.
Their house and the location were perfect for the retreat. The food provided was amazing at every meal. I felt nourished in mind and body.
The meditation teaching was excellent and the meditation sessions were very special whether in the beautiful long room in front of a log fire or outside beside the sea. Perfect.

The location was peaceful and tranquil with a lovely bedroom and delicious food.
The Mindfulness Meditation Course was excellent with a good balance of theory, exercises and meditations, which were very relaxing.
