Aline is a transpersonal and trauma-informed psychotherapist, energy healer, Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, and retreat facilitator. Paola is a certified yoga instructor specialising in Raja, Hatha, Chair, and Kids yoga. Her approach to teaching is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep trust in the mind’s ability to heal and transform. She weaves physical awareness, breathwork, and meditation into her classes, creating an inclusive, nurturing, and empowering space for every student.
