Basic Panchakarma Training Course in Nepal

Discover the transformative power of Panchakarma through authentic Ayurvedic training in Nepal. Panchakarma, an ancient Ayurvedic system for cleansing and rejuvenation, is more than just a treatment—it is a complete journey that brings harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. At Mandala Ayurveda Academy, situated in the peaceful hills of Chandragiri, they offer a basic Panchakarma course in Kathmandu based on classical Ayurvedic wisdom and traditional Himalayan healing methods.

This training introduces the main practices of Panchakarma, which aim to remove toxins (ama), balance the doshas, and support overall health. The process includes therapeutic vomiting (Vamana) to remove excess Kapha, purgation (Virechana) to cleanse the intestines and balance Pitta, medicated enemas (Basti) to purify the colon and regulate Vata, and nasal therapy (Nasya) to clear toxins from the head and sinuses. In certain cases, bloodletting (raktamokshana) is also used for detoxification.

Before the main treatments, oil therapy (Snehana) and steam therapy (Swedana) are applied to prepare the body for cleansing. This program helps improve digestion, boost immunity, and promote complete physical and mental renewal.

Learn Panchakarma from the experienced Ayurvedic doctors (Vaidyas), who come from respected traditional lineages. The Panchakarma course combines theoretical learning with practical training, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience in authentic Panchakarma techniques within a calm and supportive environment.
