Aleksi considers himself extremely fortunate to have studied under numerous dedicated teachers from a variety of disciplines. He graduated as a therapist at the Neijing institute within TCM in 2008, as a professional contemporary dancer at DDSKS. He has practiced Hatha yoga since 2004 and thought movement classes parallel to working at his clinic in Copenhagen and Helsinki while working as a performer. He founded La Vida Surf in order to live and practice in nature and offer the experience to friends and guests. Nature and her elements are the most honest teachers he's had.
Bingen is a movement enthusiast, always ready to explore the possibilities that our body offers us. He graduated from Sports Sciences and completed a Master's in Physical Education having researched in Yoga & ADHD and Pilates & Posture. He offers a variety of envigorating styles of Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and Power Yoga and also loves teaching Pilates, Martial Arts, Calisthenics etc. He is deeply connected to nature since childhood and admits that watching the ocean brings inspiration and joy to his heart.

"A stress free week🧘🏻♀️"
Doing yoga twice a day definitely inspired me to move more, I loved the 360 yoga a lot, really great for people with closed joints to open them up.
Breathwork - never done it before but was a very interesting experience!
The instructors and staff were super friendly which is always a plus.
And finally also the food, hikes and of course Tao😍

"Peace, fun, soul restoration"
You can take the timetable as you wish - do everything or nothing. Sit and read on the beautiful roof terrace (with a view of the sea), or go and surf in the Atlantic. Yoga and meditation is all optional and a good blend of physical and mental work. Aleksi is older than his years, wise and a conduit for all kinds of higher knowledge. The feeling at this place is very special. If you want to restore and free your soul from the difficulties of a modern working life and society, La Vida Surf is a great place to do just that.

"Relaxing, inspiring, detox"
Bingen the yoga teacher was INCREDIBLE! What an inspiring and kind human being. He really knows his stuff and guides you into the right positions and poses. There were different levels but Bingen was able to adapt the positions to suit everyones experience. Bingen was the star of the show and La Vida is very lucky to have found him.
The staff at first kept themselves to themselves but towards the end of the trip everyone was a lot more friendly and interactive. Kieran and Jess were so lovely (thank you for the incredible food and cake).
I also want to say that anyone interested in learning to surf, 100% try it here! Fouad the instructor was amazing and I now want to go back and spend a week learning to surf at La Vida.

Such friendly staff who took care of us from morning til night. Experienced and very qualified. No judgments and no tiresome expectations - just good people, good practice, good food and a great holiday! Really hope to make it back there sometime.

"Amazing Yoga Retreat in the Hills "
Wow, almost everything was perfect.
Narina was the best Hostess, Mahad an amazing chef who created various vegan meals for us which were all Maroccan style.
Our Yoga teacher Sophie was really attentive to what we needed and taught us a lot about yoga and what comes with it.
Everyone was always in for a good talk or laugh.
The whole building with its pool and rooftop terrace made the yoga retreat a unforgettable experience.

+ the rooftop: Star gazing is fantastic here
+ the beautiful surrounding: The retreat is a bit out of the village of taghazout. I enjoyed this a lot as it’s quite and very relaxing. The village is just a nice walk or Berber taxi away.
