Kathrine Brustad

Kathrine is the founder of Kathy’s Island Retreat and comes from Oslo, Norway. In 2010 she moved to Karpathos, Greece. She is an open-minded, spiritual person, always looking to learn new things about herself and personal growth is very important to her. She loves running Kathy’s Island Retreat and practicing yoga as these experiences give her the chance to meet new people, practice yoga, and learn from others. As a yoga teacher, she is humble and open and she loves the challenges teaching offers and to see people grow with the practice.

Liat Michaeli

Liat Michaeli is from Sweden and teaches Hatha yoga, Zen meditation, and singing-bowl meditation. Liat started doing yoga when she was pregnant with her first child in 2001. She immediately fell in love with the practice. Since then, she has been practicing different styles of yoga but today her main practice and teaching is Hatha yoga. She graduated from India in the begining of 2014 after taking the teacher training course of 200 hours. During the course she focused mainly on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga but also got introduced with few other styles like Sivananda and Yin yoga.

Elias Ananiadis

Elias is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a founding member of a Registered Yoga School (RYS) and organization called Conscious Yoga Academy, a training for teachers that aims at bringing yoga and yoga teachers closer to the original purpose of yoga. He is also a life coach, a sound, aroma, and energy healer and co-founder of Kathy's Island Retreat. He works on 4 books in relation to life, personal growth, conscious communities and what is possible on the spiritual path.He has devoted his life to causes that have a positive and meaningful impact on humanity.

Her approach to yoga is s a form of a holistic approach which impacts upon all levels of human beings - the physical / material, the emotional, and the intellectual. She offers classes that combine practices from Ηatha yoga and Satyananda yoga.Her practice and classes of yoga are powered by the insight that it helps human beings discover their roots and the deeper causes of the issues that concern them.She has already completed 620 hours of yoga teacher education and her classes have a dynamic character and combine physical with meditative practice.

Rose Chamberlain

Rose Chamberlain is a registered naturopath nutritional therapist and wellbeing coach. She is fascinated by the human body and how it functions. She believes in the full potential that people have to transform their lives, health, and the lives of the people around. Over the years she has transformed her own life and seen incredible changes in the lives and health of her clients.

Run by people that genuinely care about their guests. Breathtaking location that makes the morning yoga practice mystical and energizing. The yoga instructor, Athina Vakali is a charming and inspiring woman that can change the way you see the world!
