300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
At Jeevatman Yogshala, the 300-hour program strengthens participants' understanding through practical experience of leading various community groups under guidance. Expert faculty ensure that students learn the art of teaching safely with care and accuracy for all levels and abilities.
Beyond extensive practice across asana sequences, participants will study yoga's transformational effect through its eight limbs (ashtanga yoga). The program also includes lessons in Sanskrit to better comprehend traditional texts and scriptures. Practical lessons on adjustments, sequencing, and anatomy, along with group projects, help develop personal teaching styles.
