In this silent meditation retreat, you will be invited to either take the first steps into your spiritual journey or to deepen your meditative practice. Heartful Motion invites you to immerse yourself into a transformative experience that will guide you towards the understanding that all separation is an illusion, and that we are truly part of a oneness. This retreat is designed for those who seek to establish a regular meditation practice in their lives and to explore and experience the meaning and the benefits (as well as the challenges) of meditation and silence during 4 days of deep practice. Classes will be held in English (and Spanish if needed).

Accommodation
In case is needed, please coordinate in advance any customized arrival and departure times with the organizer before booking.
In this retreat, you can choose from a private room or a shared room. There are 7 rooms, all of which can be booked as double or single. Shared rooms are of the same sex if possible. If there is no other possibility, you can choose to stay in a mixed gender room or upgrade to a private room.
Please note that the facilities are those of a comfortable rural house but not of a luxury resort. Please note there are cats on the property.
Program
During the retreat, you will participate in meditation sessions, some guided and some less guided, designed to follow the first steps towards unlimited space consciousness as a starting point or a way of deepening your existing meditation practice. You will participate in inspiring talks that explore the principles of a wider consciousness, inner peace and heartful living, and explore the supporting effects of silence.
The daily yoga asana practice will be adapted to the general needs of the group at the time of the class. It can be a Yin yoga or Hatha practice. The activities are carefully planned to facilitate a journey towards deep self-inquiry and a state of consciousness in which distinctions between self and environment dissolve and begin to settle deeply into the principles of non-duality as a way of life. Sessions are led by experienced facilitators who combine ancient techniques with modern understandings of psychology, neuroscience and meditation. They are committed to providing you with a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your unified, non-dual nature. The retreat instructions will be offered in English.
The sitting meditation periods will be 30 minutes to facilitate a deep immersion in the practice and a gentle and kind relationship with yourself. Most meditations will be guided (7-10min in the beginning, rest in silence), plus there will be one walking meditation on the beach (depending on the weather) at midday.
Silence will start at the end of the arrival day and will be held until the evening of the 3rd day.

Instructors
Shanti Namaskar
Yoga appeared in his life without warning in 2009. He comes from an emotionally convulsive past, with different addictions such as food, coffee, chocolate, tobacco, and other habits that are very harmful to his health and balance. Thanks to yoga, mindfulness, and healthy eating he was gradually but progressively able to turn around all those vital circumstances. His yoga training was lived for 9 months as a volunteer in the Sirius Association of Caudill (Castellón). It arose in him the desire to share this way of life with others based on his own experience.
Julia Aya
Yoga first entered her life in 2015, when she was starting her life as a business consultant, working many overhours and engaging in various toxic and addictive behaviors. While at first, it seemed just like another "thing to master", she quickly felt like something new was emerging in herself, starting to be truly in touch with her emotions and her true self. Over the years, she completed a yoga teacher training with Gyan Yog Breath, India, as well as an extensive NLP and life coach / psychologic counseling training and found her true calling in systemic constellations work and meditation.
Retreat location
This retreat will be held in a comfortable and beautiful house 2 minutes walk from the quiet and not very touristic sandy beach of El Brosquil, Cullera, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. A place with an enviable climate all year round with about 300 days of sunshine a year, without extreme temperatures.

Homemade food prepared with love by Heartful Motion's team
The price of this retreat includes three daily flexi-vegan sattvic meals (breakfast = self-service), fresh eggs from Heartful Motion hens (seasonally available), fresh fruits, and teas during the day. Raw and vegan food is available upon request.
As a help for your practice, organic and non-caffeinated beverages will be available during this retreat. There will be no coffee or tea with theine offered.
Additional info: The people working at Heartful Motion are not professional chefs but people who love cooking and put all their passion and love into it.

Arrival by plane
Heartful Motion can arrange a private transport by taxi from the retreat center to the airport for a cost of 90-100 EUR (one-way). For getting to the retreat center, you can take any taxi from the airport (destination: Heartful Motion).
Valencia is the nearest international airport. Also, it is very easy and cheap to get to Cullera by public transport. For more information, contact Heartful Motion directly, who will be happy to assist you.
Other optional airports are Madrid, Barcelona, Castellón, and Alicante.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 10 days before arrival.
