The food served here is a delightful blend of wellness and nourishment. You have fully vegetarian meals high in nutrition to savor. The menu has been designed in accordance with the sattvic diet to support your yogic lifestyle. And hence, it includes locally-sourced vegetables and fruits. These organic ingredients not only cater to diverse tastes, but also help in nurturing a pure connection with nature.

To keep up with yoga’s ‘non-violence’ and ‘sattvic’ principles, they only offer vegetarian food items for all meals. Though there are several cafes and restaurants around the school, they recommend that you abstain from indulging into any non-vegetarian dishes, at least during the course of the retreat.

Kindly note that all meals are available from Monday breakfast to Saturday Lunch. Due to weekend holidays, their kitchen staff isn’t available to cook Saturday dinner and Sunday all day. For special dietary requirements, please notify in advance so special arrangements can be made to cater to your request.

Dabolim International Airport in Goa has flights coming from all around the world. You can book your flight from domestic destinations like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, and international destinations like UK, UAE, Russia, and Qatar, to reach Goa.

Dabolim airport is only 60 kilometers from the school.

Arrival by bus
