A workbook prepared by your host Fateh guides our group sessions and assists your private Journaling. During the week, Fateh will hold a private session with each participant to dig deeper into your personal astrology (chart done in advance), and using Reiki to focus on your personal healing and personal development process. Spend transmission time with Fateh who has a wealth of experience from 1000s of clients, shares true wisdom and has traveled extensively.

The Retreat experience can be organized in a way for you rot really take advantage of your trip to Peru. Allowing you to arrive before or after the main event and participate in different solo activities with assistance to any part of Peru or to participate only to the main retreat.
The main retreat is held from June 14 – 20 in the Sacred Valley of Cusco. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for deep transformation and feeling an energetic portal of connection. This is why the Inca lived here in this chosen place.
After the Retreat there will also be the possibility to go with a small group to Machu Picchu. These activities are not part of the main retreat. You will be on your own, however, you can work with our respected travel agent who can organize the entire transportation to Machu Pichu by train, and bus and entry tickets and even the recommended 3-night stay if you’d like to see all the circuits in the sacred citadel.
On the 24th of June is the festival of Incan indigenous peoples – the festival of the Sun and this day their festivals are of a grand display of proud peoples of Peru in dance and music. The main festival is set at Sacsayhuaman an impressive Incan site above the city with spectacular views and mysterious rock sculptures. Here you can enjoy the best of the best of the festival and there are various options that include transportation from the city, a guide, and a nice view seat to view the festivities. This can be arranged by our respected travel agent. The festival attracts 1000s of visitors, so if you intend to stay to be a part of it as you will need to make arrangements 6 months in advance at least. As soon as you decide to be a part of the retreat Fateh can help you with your arrangements.
All add-on activities not part of the main retreat are charged as a direct cost per person to taxis, meals, and hotels etc., of course, as a small group we can in some instances take advantage of shared cost.

- Check into Casa Raiz – rooms are assigned in the order of registration to the retreat – Shared rooms have an upgrade, maximum participation 8 persons. Fateh Bolivar
Fateh is a wellness center owner and yogi, lineage Peruvian Incan, Reiki Master and also certified NLP life coach. She has worked with thousands of clients 1-1 and in retreats for the last 25 years. Fateh has extensive knowledge of AI with a MS form the university of Hawaii and worked for companies around the globe as an International Business entrepreneur, and corporate executive before embarking on her spiritual path. Her spiritual awakening started in France with an amazing Deja Vu which opened her to psychic experience and lead her to the Himalayas to learn first hand about reincarnation.

The main retreat is held in the Sacred Valley of Cusco in a spectacular location at a luxurious villa that is a sustainable construction with a spa.
Food
They have a private chef for all the meals at this fabulous venue. Meals start with dinner on the first day and end with breakfast on the last day of the retreat. All meals are on a pre-determined menu (vegan not an issue, but they must be informed in advance when you book the retreat). If guests have particular requirements, they will work with the chef to provide the most agreeable menu - the menu is pre-determined for the group before the retreat.

June 9 Flight to Lima and from there either a stay or a direct flight to Cusco. The recommended airline is Latam. Museum Larco one of the most fabulous private collections of pre-Colombian and Inca artifacts in an 18th century mansion converted to a museum – great restaurant for lunch.

Huaca Pucllana is a Pyramid in the middle of Miraflores in Lima which has also a museum, site of pre-incan architecture and life. Day trip from Lima to Caral Supe - this is a complex of temples and pyramids that have been dated as old as the Egyptian Pyramids. It is a spectacular site and worth the time to spend a day there. - June 20th – 23th: Add-ON Tour Machu Picchu
If you have never been to Machu Picchu this is a Tour that you should definitely consider to one of the most iconic ancient citadels from the ancient world! A wonder of the World awaits discovery and is totally a mouth dropping view! *a 3 nights stay at Agua Calientes is recommended to have 2 full days to tour the sacred site comfortably and even to hike to the peak for a view that will blow you away – but you have to be in very good shape and not afraid of heights.
Visit to Machu Picchu will require online purchase of train, bus and entrances – Finding Best Of YOU recommendings the circuit 2 the general route as it goes into the citadel. Circuit 3 is the easiest route with a finally at the temple of the Condor – that shouldn’t be missed. Maps are available on the official site. However, there are 3 options, the circuit 1 has a very step staircase and is the spot for the sunrise experience. You need to have your tickets in time slots so you can take the 5:30 am bus up if you want to see the sunrise. At any time of day circuit 1 offers the best classic photos, and requires great stamina, and no fear of heights. You will be provided with all the details for your getting tickets once you are committed to participating.

You can stay either in Cuzco 1 night to be ready for morning train the next day OR from Casa Raiz go directly to Ollantaytambo to see that spectacular ancient site. You should leave by 9 am and to catch the train to Aguas Calientes the town of Machu Picchu at 3 pm.

Spa treatments
Spa treatments are not included in the retreat. Ask for the available treatment list and Finding Best Of YOU will schedule for you daily from 4-7 pm to do spa treatments. They can send you a pdf of all the treatments by email once you decide to join this retreat. The treatments are fantastic using all natural oils and herbs from the Andes and scrubs with local Quinoa. The therapists are excellent and everyone loved every minute.

Arrival by airplane
Please arrange your flight to arrive at Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ). You will need to fly into LIMA, Peru, first and then transfer to Cuzco. Latam Airlines has flights to Cusco from international points of departure.
They suggest you arrive in Cuzco one or 2 days early to adjust, and you can be picked up at your hotel, of which there are many to choose from. The city tour of Cuzco's ancient sites is phenomenal. Or arrive directly on the day of the retreat, June 14 to be picked up from the airport.
Please send all information for your chauffeur to pick you up. This is their group retreat pickup, and several people will be joining in the same vehicle. Airport transfers are included if you inform them 48 hours in advanced.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
