Spend seven days in the Sardinian Island to explore practices of yoga. The yoga retreat is open to everyone. All levels can enter it, from beginners to advanced. The aim is to explore yourselves and share experiences together.

Instructors
Simona Scarone
Simona is a private chef who loves to write! She has done many beautiful things in her life. She started as a classical musician (Diploma in Clarinet and Chamber Music at S. Cecilia in Rome) and then, after twenty years, changed course and dedicated herself to her other passion, cooking. She created and ran a vegan restaurant for five years which allowed her to acquire many of the skills that are essential for her cooking courses and events. Last but not least, She loves essential oils and makes extensive use of them; She has two children, and two dogs and is a happy person!
Luca De Lisio
Shiatsu practitioner and teacher of shiatsu and yoga. Shiatsu practitioner graduated from the Rome branch of the European Institute of Shiatsu in 2009. Member of the Italian Federation of Shiatsu Teachers and Practitioners. During and after my training, I attended numerous in-depth seminars with internationally renowned teachers such as Gabriella Poli, Clifford Andrews, Pia Stainek, Klaus Metzner, Diego Sanchez, Nicola Pooley, and Micheline Pfister. I graduated as a yoga teacher in 2018 after completing the four-year training course led by Antonio Nuzzo, one of Italy's most respected masters.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport

Arrival by car
It is recommended to rent a car from the airport; otherwise, there are taxis at Olbia airport available, or ELAB can arrange a private transfer for you at a cost of 180 EUR (one way). From Olbia is a 60 km drive through Sardinian nature on a slow road. Follow to Arzachena and then turn towards Rena Majore.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 40% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 20 days before arrival.
