Daniella has been exploring the world of yoga, mindfulness, and overall wellness for 20+ years. She is a true believer in the healing power of yoga through the holistic integration of breath, movement, and connection to spirit and community. She loves facilitating mindfulness and stress management workshops that are tailored to the person's or group's needs and have worked with a variety of people - from school children to post-secondary students, professional staff, and corporate offices. She is also trained in career development support, helping people in discovering their true paths.

Nancy found her heart's home along the stunning shores of the Sorrento Peninsula 3 yrs ago. Originally from Sydney, she made the life-changing leap to step away from a successful corporate career. She recognized the necessity to pause, to breathe, to create space and harmonize with her body, mind and soul. She learnt the art of living authentically and wholeheartedly. Nancy's passion now lies in empowering others to navigate their own paths toward intentional living and support individuals through their unique journeys, aiding them in finding their rhythm, purpose and inner harmony.
