There are four live sessions via Google Meet with flexible scheduling across various time zones. The instructors will guide you step-by-step in real time, ensuring that you receive personalized attention, modifications, and support, no matter where you are in the world. You can finish it in four consecutive days or spread it over two weeks. Each session lasts for 60 to 90 minutes, fully personalized to your condition and mobility. You will be guided through a carefully structured session that includes:
