Course information
“Do your work without attachment and with being balanced in success or failure.” Bhagavad Gita. This balance is called Yoga. Furthermore, Yin balances Yang. Today, most people live an overtly Yang lifestyle, and even yoga postures are predominantly Yang in nature. Incorporating more Yin elements into daily routines is essential to restore balance and achieve a sense of equilibrium.
Yin Yoga targets the body’s Yin tissues, including connective tissues such as ligaments, joint capsules, bones, and fascia. In contrast, Yang practices focus primarily on the muscles. Yin Yoga practices help relax the body and mind, support injury prevention, and calm and regulate the nervous system. Cultivating this balance can improve physical flexibility and overall mental well-being.
Whether you are looking to enroll in Yin Yoga classes online or plan to teach in the future, this program provides a comprehensive foundation.
