How the training works
Two options to complete the Online Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours course:
You can start the course anytime you want in the self-paced option of the Online Yoga Teacher Training Course. There are no live sessions. However, complete the course at your convenience within six months of the booking date.

Course information
“Do your work without attachment and with being balanced in success or failure.” Bhagavad-Gita. This “Balance” is called yoga. Yin balances Yang. Today, most of you live an overt yang lifestyle. Even yoga postures practiced are predominantly Yang in nature. You need a balance of your life’s yin and yang aspects. However, the yin part is often neglected. Hence, you must introduce more of the yin aspect in your lifestyle to achieve balance.
Yin yoga targets the body’s connective tissues (ligaments, joint capsules, bones, fascia). In contrast, the yang practices target the yang tissues (muscles). Yin relaxes both the body and, in turn, the mind. Moreover, it helps avoid injuries and soothes and coordinates the nervous system. This balance would bring better overall physical flexibility and better overall mental health.
Yoga Alliance Online Training Exemption
Yoga Alliance recognizes online training now. Hence, this online course will qualify for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program (YACEP).
Arohan Yoga is a Registered Yoga School in Rishikesh (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. The RYS id is 231188. Students can complete the course in a maximum of six months. Fifty hours (50) include thirty-three (33) hours of practical training (pre-recorded content) along with seventeen (17) hours of theory / reading. Support on alignment, postures, and anything related to Yin yoga is available on WhatsApp chat.
Examination / Evaluation Method for Yin yoga Online
For evaluation, the student records a class of 30-45 minutes of teaching (it could be teaching anyone or even an imaginary person). Upload the video to Google drive or Youtube, and share the link with them for feedback.
