Shadow yoga was developed by Shandor Remete. It incorporates various traditional aspects of the popular Hatha yoga, including the meditation aspects, asanas, mudras, and more. To practice Shadow yoga, one must be barefoot and not use a mat. Also, Shadow yoga highlights the need to learn three prelude forms that are made up of dynamic activities,meant to prepare the body for the practice.
