Instructors
Jane
Jane’s background is in martial arts, in particular Karate, having achieved a 3rd Dan black belt, and being a member of the British team for many years. She practiced yoga throughout her karate career as it complemented her practice and gave her more flexibility and strength not only in body but also in mind. Her daily practice helped her achieve a silver medal in the world championships and also to be 4 times British champion. It was a natural progression from retiring from competition to a return to yoga and deciding to qualify to teach.
Zoe
Zoe is a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK with a wealth of experience and qualified in many different yoga disciplines, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Zen, Yin, Aerial, Trapeze, Sup Yoga, Aqua yoga, Face yoga, and Barre.
