Yoga With Love - Catarina Amaral

Catarina is a 600-hour certified Yoga Teacher, Surf Coach, and Life Coach from the Azores. She discovered surfing in her mid-20s, and it pushed her in ways she never expected. Yoga came later, helping her find balance and strength both on and off the mat. Both of these practices changed her life, helping her build confidence, face challenges, and reconnect with herself—exactly what she wants you to experience in her retreats. Yoga and surfing have taught her so much: how to be patient with herself, get back up after falling (both in and out of the water), and trust the process.
