Sylvie has been teaching yoga in Haute-Savoie for over five years and completed a four-year training at the Ecole de Yoga de l’Énergie in Évian. Her teaching is deeply embodied and invites a gentle connection between breath, movement, and awareness. She loves how yoga of energy naturally blends with the changing seasons, natural rhythms, and the unique energy of each group. She enjoys creating classes that respond to what’s alive in the moment and to the people who are present - this is what truly inspires her as a teacher and as a human being.
