A beautiful location overlooking the village and beach of Aliki. The yoga classes were exceptional, with excellent instruction and well-paced. The studio also is very well equipped. Oona and Peter made us feel so welcome at the hotel and could not have been more helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and view to the sea, a fridge and kettle. The food in the restaurant is oriental, delicious!

This was a much needed break and I now feel refreshed and inspired to keep up the yoga. And definitely to return again!

"The ultimate retreat"

This is not my first Yoga retreat, but this is by far the best one!

Everything was perfect: the yoga classes were genuine workshops to connect and heal the body, the location in the beautiful village of Aliki 5 minutes from great beaches, the food, the calmness..and of course Oona, with her deep understanding of the body and the mind.

I will recommend and probably come back !!

"Heerlijke yogaweek op het mooie Paros"

De instructrice hield goed rekening met gebreken van deelnemers en had alternatieven voor mensen individueel. Prachtige omgeving, vriendelijke eigenaar van het appartement.

"No nonsense yoga on a wonderful island. "

Oona is very attentive to the different levels of competence of participants, including beginners. She explains a lot and corrects postures. Down to earth and very effective exercises, without pretentious nor competitive or unnaturally exotic attitude which you sometimes find in West European yoga retreats. This is not a 100% of time retreat where everybody is together all the time. Here you can choose how much time you want to spend alone or in a group. Which I found excellent.
