Zuza is the founder of Yoga Amigas. She is a certified yoga instructor and professional actress with an insatiable appetite for adventure, spiritual development, and techniques to expand her consciousness. Her practice, which retreat goers will share together, has become much more than just physical movement. It has taken on a more spiritual role with breathwork, meditation, and other distinctly inward-focused practices at its very center and core. Her goal now is to empower others through this evolving alignment based yoga practice.
