Her technique combines traditional passive stretching, mindful movement, and acupressure to release deep tension and restore energy flow. Her sessions are a truly restorative and healing journey. Lilla is also a talented cook. She will be in the kitchen preparing delicious meals for you. Her experience at the Suryalila Center (Andalusia) has allowed her to perfect her healthy and gourmet recipes.
