He specialises in restoring strength, mobility, and structural balance through a unique integration of training, therapeutic stretching, and recovery techniques. Eugene has helped hundreds of clients across three continents move better, prevent injury, and build resilient, pain-free bodies that support long-term performance.
Serena Sabala
Serena is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, Yoga Teacher and Fitness Trainer who has studied the subjects of wellness and nutrition for over ten years and has a unique, holistic approach to health.
