Guided by a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner, the experience blends movement, nourishment, rest, and self-reflection to support overall well-being. It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and begin making meaningful lifestyle shifts. Just give ViraYoga few weeks' notice and they'll make time in their schedule for your visit. Please be aware that in most cases you'll find yourself as the only participant at the retreat. However, at certain times of the year (i.e. Easter, Christmas, New Year's etc.) there may be other participants joining at the same time, so you can enjoy the company of like-minded travelers.

Accommodation
A room will be booked in a centrally located hotel or apartment hotel, placing all the main Kaş sights within a short walking distance.

Program
Throughout the retreat, each day is intentionally structured to create space for both guided practice and personal time. Mornings focus on movement and conscious nourishment, afternoons offer freedom for rest or exploration, and evenings invite reflection and meditation.
Daily schedule
The program below outlines how these elements come together to support a steady and sustainable reset.
- 08:00 Yoga Asana class and Pranayama
Choose whether the asana practice will be an energizing flow or restorative and calming. Props are used to make necessary adjustments according to personal capacities and to work on alignment. A morning class is offered, but if preferred at the end of the day, this can be arranged to align with your circadian rhythm.
- 09:30 Breakfast at the hotel
If the participant is staying at the apartment hotel, ViraYoga will arrange for daily breakfasts at local cafes.
Chat about the ingredients, nutritional value, and how the morning meals are put together. This is aligned with Ayurvedic wisdom and general knowledge about nutrition. Recipes are shared if inspiration arises.
- 12:30 to 18:00 Free time
Activities can be arranged if there is space for them during the day. If preferred, rest and personal time are fully supported. Exploring the town or shopping are also available options. One hike is included in your package.
- 18.00 - Wholesome Dinner
You will have 2 dinners out of 3 together and share our local recommendations for the rest of your meals.
- 19:30 Mindful practices of self-reflection and guided meditation
Timings may shift to fit in with the participant's usual routines and respond to possible weather challenges.

Elvira Nurmukhametova
Elvira is a Yin yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner committed to creating a safe and balanced space for her students. Initially drawn to yoga for flexibility, her journey naturally evolved into a path toward a healthier and more mindful way of life. She has had the privilege of learning from traditional yoga masters in India and continues to refine her practice under the guidance of renowned teachers in London. In her classes, Elvira integrates various tools and traditions, encouraging students to discover what resonates best with them.

Nestled along Turkey’s stunning Lycian Coast, Kaş is a charming seaside town known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and laid-back atmosphere. Away from the crowds, Kaş offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, rich history, and Mediterranean charm.
With its breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and tranquil energy, Kaş is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the present moment.
Food
A traditional Turkish breakfast will be available at your convenience at the hotel.
For dinner, you can choose from options such as traditional Turkish dishes, vegan meals with a Mediterranean twist, or meals at the host’s home. Ingredients, flavour combinations, and nutritional value will be explained during each meal.
Cooking sessions can be arranged upon request, allowing you to learn recipes to take home. On some days, visits to a local family-run vegan café can be included, where experienced chefs prepare delicious meals. Practical tips will be shared for creating simple, healthy, and nutrient-packed breakfasts at home. Guidance will also be provided on where to eat during the day according to your dietary preferences.
