Veronika attended her first yoga class in Boracay Island in the Philippines where she fell in love with the practice. She became a certified yoga teacher and Therapeutic yoga teacher in 2012. In 2013, she also completed yoga for kids training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. She also has a diploma in Perinatal yoga (pre and post natal yoga), and baby yoga and toddler yoga with Birthlight. In 2016, she attended a Yin yoga training with Josh Summers and she finds Yin yoga a great complement to active Hatha yoga. Her yoga classes are inspired by Hatha yoga and flow.
Mickey has been living in Santorini for 27 years. As well as teaching yoga, she is also a massage therapist. Her journey into yoga began back in 1996, when she experienced her first (and only) ever asthma attack. She had read that yoga was beneficial for this so began her own private exploration of the practice. Once she was hooked, she joined the British School of Yoga and became a Hatha teacher in 2000. A chance meeting introduced her to Dru and she trained over the course of 4 years in Snowdon, Wales to become a Dru Therapist and Teacher, qualifying in 2002.

Beautiful hostel, great people. The yoga was a good mix of relaxing yoga and flow. The tour of Akrotiri and the wine tasting was a great idea to add to the mix. Caveland is very accessible and easy to get to.
