In the heart of Apulia, the retreat will be held, and it will definitely bring your thoughts to another place of relaxation and at the same time, you will fall in love with this place. It will bring you an experience of your five senses as well as discovering your true nature.
Yoga is not just 'poses'. It also includes what happens along the way (how you breathe, how you are listening to your body, and how your mind is focused on the present moment). Yoga is a personal activity that looks different for each of you. Yoga is not about how you "look" on the outside, it is about how you "feel" on the inside.
You will practice Hatha yoga with a balanced yoga approach. Every morning, there will be warm-up exercises, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), mantras (positive affirmations), mindfulness (focuses attention), Mudra, and relaxation (includes guided imagery) surrounded by nature.
This holiday includes a tour to experience Puglia.
