Course information
Transformational yoga is a journey to the self, by the self, and for the self. Human beings are conditioned by impure nature right after birth and pass through different stages of their life like growth, maturity, illness, old age, and death. The pure nature - the transcendental nature of the mystic nature is always untransformed and dormant within you which is the true power, Shakti, energy.
In transformational yoga, Trinetra combines physical, mental, pranic, and psychic bodies and uses yogic practices which are innovative and unique in themselves with a base of Hatha yoga and with the tool of Raja yoga - the highest form of mind control and transformational techniques with mantra meditation and Kundalini work and chanting, move to the next level of your spiritual journey. Transformational education can be less explained but more to be experienced and learned to understand in-depth your physical and spiritual bodies.

Piyush
The instructor is a renowned yogi of India. He has more than a decade of experience in astrology and holds international and national awards and honors, including honorary doctorates in spirituality. He is a senior member of many yoga and spiritual organizations, with lot of good name and fame in the Indian and international markets, admired by countless people for his work in yoga and spirituality.
Retreat location
The training is based in a nature-friendly forest resort. There are many places to see nearby. Easy travel to beaches in Sri Lanka. Experience peace, privacy, and serenity. This place is 10 minutes drive from Colombo airport
Special Note: Trinetra Yoga has 3 to 4 third party stay property in Sri Lanka and in case of non-availability of space in one property, they may organize the program in the other property.

Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
