There are 20 independent villas in the hotel, with bright and spacious landscape designs, elegant bedrooms, private swimming pools, and 24-hour butler service, from the romantic spa villa to the luxurious honeymoon pool villa. Hideaway in one of The Amala Boutique Retreat's signature ones. Bedroom villas include both indoor or outdoor living areas, dining areas, and fully-equipped open kitchenettes as well as private steam showers (spa villas only).

Instructors
Leona Chen
Leona Chen, a well-rounded International Wellness Specialist who has been extensively dedicated to the field of holistic wellness for years. She combines western physiology and aromatherapy with Traditional Chinese medicine, Indian Ayurveda philosophy & yogic wisdom. Leading the Wellness & Spa team at the Amala, she also leads the beautiful sunset meditation with Tibetan singing bowls. We encourage you to actively communicate/ interact with her in the workshops she leads during your stay at TULA retreat. We believe you can gain a lot of knowledge and mindfulness skills.
Ninie Sadnyana
Ninie was introduced to yoga by a close friend and our first practice took place at The Yoga Barn in 2014 since then Yoga become a pathway to discovering happiness within herself. In April 2021, she achieved her 200-hour Hatha Yoga YTT certification at Udana Yoga Academy. Following this, in May 2023, she successfully completed her 50-hour Yin Yoga YTT at Salty Prana. She immersed herself in a Sound Healing Workshop at Udara Bali in August 2023, and just completed her 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training Ether Module at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Centre Ubud in March 2024.
Retreat location
The retreat will take place in Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia. Located in the most fashionable and elite area of Seminyak in Bali, it is in an excellent location close to the beach, shopping malls, and restaurants, providing maximum convenience to all guests. The Amala adopts a combination of Chinese and Western design, combining the tranquility and elegance of the Chinese bamboo forest, local natural materials, and oriental Zen furniture to create a beautiful and quiet paradise.

Spa treatments
Indulgent re-balancing ritual
One hour of Balinese massage followed by a 40-minute mini organic facial (cleanser, exfoliating, facial mask, and moisturizer).
Amala healing ritual
120 minutes of an Amala signature holistic body massage using a warm herbal compress to melt your tension away. Using dry flower powder with milk for a nourishing exfoliating bath, this signature ritual cleanses and restores the mineral balance and PH in the body. A rich green tea body lotion is applied for a finishing touch.
