Leslie is a dancer, yoga teacher, health coach, and registered nurse. She will be leading private health coaching sessions, Vinyasa, inversion class, and a cacao ceremony.
Sofie Woods, founder of Swede Wellness, truly cares about your well-being. Her inspiration comes from her Swedish roots and lifestyle, which means she values work-life balance, healthy eating, daily physical activity and time for reflection. With her background in group fitness and yoga, Sofie brings humor and enthusiasm to her classes and instruction.

"Inspiring & motivating retreat! Highly recommend"
The location was beautiful and peaceful. The whole retreat was well organized with plenty of yoga, interesting workshops, activities and quiet time to do your own thing if you like. I particularly liked the self care & healthy habits workshop, cacao ceremony, stargaze yoga at Garden of the Gods, the yoga sutra workshop and the letting go ceremony. I enjoyed this retreat for the smaller group we had - about 15 ladies. By the end of the weekend, not only did I learn a lot about yoga and myself, we all felt comfortable being open and honest to share and connect with everyone in the group. We had an incredible group of ladies and Leslie and Sofie we’re knowledgeable, motivating and truly impactful. It really was a powerful and inspiring retreat! I will most definitely go to their next one!!

"A reset button for my life"
The instructors all had strengths and their contributions were incorporated in the program. Everything was well organized and touched on many facets of yoga and how the practice can add value to different areas of life here in our environment. Many participants received valuable incites in problem areas in their lives. I realized that I am having problems getting enough rest and have addressed what I need to do utilizing turning off electronics and practicing some yoga and meditation to quiet my mind. I also am standing taller and feeling stronger from the yoga practices and hands on adjustments they made. The fact that all three instructors are close friends added to the love and warmth offered to all the attendees felt.
