An excellent training for yoga teachers

The course provides a perfect level of information sharing and practical immersion into yin yoga, allowing you to absorb the knowledge without overload, feel like you have learned what you need to get started teaching, and feel how the method works on your own body. Sofia is one of the best YTT instructors that I have meet during my trainings and immersions.

Yin in Ericeira

This was a wonderful retreat and TT. The location has a great energy about it, the nature is beautiful and the course was great! I learned a lot and also met wonderful people. Sofia is knowledgeable and humble and I am so thankful for this whole experience!
