Your Retreat Host & Yoga + Sound Guide With roots in dance and movement, I discovered yoga at a time when I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from myself. Like many of the guests who find their way to SunKiss, I fell in love with yoga because it healed me beyond the physical. It became my antidote to stress, burnout, and the relentless pace of modern life. As a business owner and high achiever myself, I’ve felt what it’s like to be constantly in motion, to give and give without pausing to receive. That’s why I created SunKiss. Because busy professionals need space to breathe.
