Radka is a certified Hatha, Yin and meditation teacher by Yoga Alliance and a certified teacher of Hormone yoga therapy by Dinah Rodrigues. She's got more than 800h of experience of qualified lessons and workshops in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, yoga therapy and Hormone yoga. Her yoga classes are energetic, focusing on the rhythm of the breath and on proper body alignment, linking breath and movement through the postures. The continuous flow deepens breathing, stimulates the body energy and increases endurance. Her classes also incorporate breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation.
Katarina Pelivan (Kinesiologist). Kate is the current national windsurfing champion of Croatia. She teaches a combination of Astanga techniques, Vinyasa flow, and Hatha yoga. She is also a versatile free climber. For Kate, windsurfing and yoga is the best possible merger of the human being and nature! When she's at the sea, she feels like she is floating and leaving the world behind her. The only thing she sees (and sometimes hear) are the seagulls over her head. The magic of the sport is revealing. Windsurfing is very dynamic and filled with speed and adrenaline.
Elena has more than 10 years of experience in yoga. She teaches yoga for five years in German and English. I am certified Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance - RYT) and was educated in Khajuraho / India. My Yoga style is based on classic Hatha Yoga inspired by new and effective ideas I encounter. It is essential for me to make Yoga approachable for each and everyone. Therefore I offer various levels of difficulty in my classes You can determine your intensity according to your current emotion and depending on your experience of working body and mind.
The self-consciousness of Yoga and the dynamics and flowing moves of the Dance inspired me to develop a concept that unifies the both: “Grounding Yoga-flow”! If those two elements come together the result will be a more consciouss handling of the body. To achieve this I use several techniques and esthetic forms. Grounding Yoga-flow is a very dynamic Yoga style. It is physically and mentally demanding and increases concentration and attentiveness. It combines movement, Asanas and breathing techniques seaminglessly with each other. The focus is put on expression, coordination, groove and energy.
Danka MIlinovic wurde in Düsseldorf geboren. Seit 15 Jahren lebt sie in Kroatien, auf der Insel Hvar. Seit ihren jungen Jahren arbeitet und lebt sie als freie Künstlerin. Ebenso beschäftigt sie sich schon viele Jahre aktiv mit Yoga und investiert fortwährend in ihre Weiterentwicklung. Sie besuchte das zweijährige internationale Zenit Yoga Program (RTS 200), unter der Leitung von Lea Lončar und Nikola Drviš Grk, sowie Yin Yoga, LuYong, Meditations-, Pranayama- und Shiatsu-Kurse und gibt Atemkurse nach der Wim-Hof-Method Yoga-Stile: Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, , Lu Yong , Shiatsu, Wim-Hof

"Relaxing, friendly, welcoming atmosphere by the sea"
Great location, super yoga teacher, she really saw the group as a whole, but also each individual and their needs. We stayed in a charming house by the sea, and the town is really nice. Iva and Leander are great hosts, we felt welcome and included, and had a wonderful stay. Felt like time stood still - in the positive sense :-D All in all: made some great friends, did a lot of lovely yoga by the beautiful sea. Hope to come back. Highly recommended.

"Peaceful, fun and loving environment for exploring yoga"
The house is situated in a peaceful town next to the sea. The yoga studio has a great atmosphere, open to the scenary with proper equipment and makes a safe space for practicing yoga and meditation. We were only 5 in our group and got really good individual attention and support from our lovely, challenging and very competent instructor. I was really curious about living with new people, but ended up having the BEST time with my flatmates, sharing wine, dinners, excursions and life stories:)) The hosts really makes and effort to keep things easy going and low key, and the concept is very open to individual needs and also took us to Krka for a day drip. The town was very quiet so you don’t get over stimulated with input that might make it hard to focus on relaxation. However, there is a supermarket and some restaurants in a few minutes distance which adds flexibility. Being in the villa really feels like being part of a family of friends and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who wants to practice yoga, get away from stress and get some memories and friends for life❤️

"Wow! Such a beautiful experience"
The location is perfect, the sea was crystal clear. Everyone was so chilled and welcoming. We felt at home as soon as we got there. The girls we shared with were awesome and fun. Everything you need is right there. The yoga was perfect and our teacher was so lovely. This place far exceeded our expectations and we didn’t want to leave! We even saw tuna and dolphins on our meditative walk whilst watching the sun set on the horizon. The night sky was incredible! We even saw a couple of shooting stars for some extra magic. Couldn’t recommend enough but I want to keep it a secret!

"Low season 'surf & yoga' holiday with young child."
Our 'surf & yoga' instructor Katarina was super friendly, knowledgeable and able to accommodate our specific needs. Sessions were well tailored to meet our mixed windsurfing & yoga abilities and actively incorporated the complete family into the activities. This flexibility included organising a film night and a guided rock climbing trip when we wanted something different from the planned schedule.

"A lifechanging experience"
It's actually quite hard to describe this positive and deeply interesting and heart warming experience without sounding like a yoga cliché...
The place is great and sweet and Iva's warmth is very beautiful. The location could not be better, I think. The group is small and therefore learning and everything else was of high quality. Radka's teaching is profoundly professional and of especially high quality, yet kind - and she takes good care of everybody, all the time. The yoga is so interesting and so effective, that all women ought to be able to learn it.

The whole experience of the retreat was perfect. Iva the host, is warm, loving and attentive. Radka the instructor was extremely experienced and thoughtful to everyone’s individual needs. The house is simple, fresh and in a perfectly peaceful location by the water. The food at a local restaurant is tasty and fresh.

Das Retreat war großartig! Herzliche Gastgeberin und wundervolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Wer Ruhe sucht ist an diesem magischen Ort richtig. Auch für Alleinreisende sehr zu empfehlen. Mir gefiel der Mix aus Yoga, Meditation und Stille besonders gut und die Trainerin war fantastisch. Das Yoga war fordernd, sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene. Es war nicht nur eine Yogareise, es war eine Reise zu mir selbst. Vielen Dank für diese berührende Erfahrung!
