Myrtille has been a yoga teacher since 2020. Each week, she teaches several classes ranging from yin and restorative yoga to more dynamic styles like vinyasa and power yoga. She enjoys incorporating other complementary practices into her classes and workshops: intuitive writing, free dance, Animal Flow, hiking, trail running, and more. She also has training in naturopathy, which allows her to lead raw food workshops (vegetable juices, lacto-fermentation, sprouted seeds, etc.).
