Besides being a compassionate yoga instructor, Savannah is also a captain and watersports enthusiast. She enjoys sailing, surfing, windsurfing, diving, kiteboarding and being in nature. She also has a wide knowledge of the island plants and their uses!
Thais Taylor
Thais is a yoga instructor who specializes in mindful yoga, meditation, and Pilates. Her classes incorporate a variety of multidimensional Vinyasa flows, pranayama techniques, stand up paddleboard yoga, and her favorite, Yin yoga. With over 15 years of personal yoga practice and 10 years of teaching experience, Thais is a highly skilled teacher. Her admiration for the natural world has inspired her to become a wellness and self-preservation advocate. During her classes, she guides her students through a curated practice that aims to awaken and attune their senses to the natural surroundings.
