Tia started her yoga journey at a very young age. As a student of yoga and dance, Tia relied on yoga to fuel her flexibility and strength in the dance studio. Yoga and creative movement is the foundation of Tia’s physical and mental well-being. Tia's wellness approach is to offer like-minded souls the opportunity to pursue their own inner peace while nourishing mind, body, and spirit through movement. Tia enjoys guiding students on their wellness journey by embracing connection and healing, where movement, community, and personal growth intersect on a path to lifelong wellness and peace.
