Leo owned his own fitness and roller-disco company, assisted and designed Sky Revolution (Extreme sports TV show) and wrote a ramp skating certification for the American Body of Skate Instructing. Up until recently, Leo was Head Trainer of Yoga at @bloklondon – an award winning fitness studio. He is also an @indo_board, @yogi.bare, @tenzing and @soweflow Ambassador. With a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry, Leo is always pushing the limits to find out what his body is capable of, as well as being a strong advocate for mental health and well-being.

Grace grew up a national gymnast & after getting a degree in Musical Theatre & Dance… she found her passion through her own healing journey and supporting others through theirs. Grace has a variety of creative skills that she loves to share including movement/dance, voice activations, yoga, inner child work, forgiveness/cord cutting meditations & breathwork. Softly tapping into your own creative expression and light. holds authentic & meaningful circles, spaces & retreats for anyone that wishes to dive deeper into themselves and find true joy and peace.
