Lisa Ressegatti
India has captured her heart since she first arrived 17 years ago and started learning about Yoga. Since then India and Yoga have been part of her life, teaching her many lessons and bringing her back to myself one breath at a time. Yoga is a path of freedom by surrendering to her practice and what keeps her grounded. Lisa practice Ashtanga, but loves to teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. She has been working in tourism for many years, creating customized itineraries for individual travels worldwide and traveling to unique destinations while working as a tour guide.
Ankur Gupta
Ankur transitioned from a secure career in Mumbai to explore the unknown 7 years ago. Since then he has traveled across India, learning various healing practices from esteemed masters. Along the way, he discovered powerful forms of Breathwork and other self-development practices and after experiencing its profound effects, he dedicated himself to serving others by organizing and facilitating amazing retreats all around India and Southeast Asia.
Shelly Grande
Shelly began her yoga journey in Australia in 2009. Devoted to a consistent daily practice, she has trained worldwide in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Reiki, Ayurveda, Yin Yoga and Kundalini. Shelly values balance, breath and mantra sharing heart-centered wellness practices. She's been teaching in Maine and organizing Retreats in India, the USA and South America. She is excited to share her love of India on this Journey to Joy.
Jane
Jane is a yoga teacher, trainer, and Ecstatic Dance DJ with over 15 years of experience. Passionate about music and movement, she discovered Ecstatic Dance in Thailand in 2010 and later trained as a DJ and facilitator. As co-founder of Rave OM, she creates transformative dance experiences, blending sound and movement to inspire connection and freedom.
Brian and Serena
Brian and Serena are traveling musicians, yogis, and kirtan practitioners with over 25 years of experience. Their sessions blend mantra chanting, rhythm, and call-and-response singing to create a meditative, heart-opening experience. Through yoga, meditation, and the uplifting power of sound, they offer a sacred space for joy, connection, and inner transformation.
Marco
Marco is a musician and sound therapist, specializing in Indian classical music and Nada Yoga. A dedicated sitar player with over 500 hours of Hatha Yoga training, He blends mantra chanting, meditative soundscapes, and diverse instruments to create immersive experiences of deep relaxation and self-exploration.
