The surf house is fully equipped and has a big kitchen, a pantry with special boxes for your food, 3 refrigerators, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 rooms, a patio, free internet, and laundry, you will find sheets, blankets, towels in your room, a hair dryer, and everything you need to feel at home.
Please keep in mind that 3 cats and a dog live with School3s. They love pets and the energy they bring to the home.
Program
School3s retreats are designed to practice activities in the morning and have free time, you will find fixed times only for one activity per day, and the rest of the day you will be free to do what you like most, School3s will be available for suggestions on what to see and where to go. You can relax, go to the beaches near the house to join the ocean, go for walks, and not have the day planned by anyone, this is our idea to offer a stress-free yoga retreat. Remember that animals live with School3s, a dog and three cats, you will have free pet therapy during your stay. Everything is organized with love, so School3s invite you to carefully read the details of what this retreat includes and what does not, they thank you for your cooperation. Come and try the comforts of the surf house located in Puerto Del Carmen, an excellent area for sightseeing, trying typical dishes of the región, and enjoying the beaches. School3s like to make you feel at home and part of a larger family.
Yoga
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday there are yoga classes at 09:00 a.m. in Los Pocillos, an emblematic area sheltered from the wind and with an excellent view of the beach. During the class, you will have the sounds of the ocean as a background. The classes have a duration of 75 minutes, where you will work with breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, and body awareness. Through different asanas, you will work on various aspects of your physical and mental health.
From Monday to Thursday, there are also sessions. The sessions take place at 06:00 p.m. in a heated room overlooking the ocean at the Apart Hotel Costa Volcán. You can join any class depending on your day.

Paddle surf
Paddle surf courses usually take place in the morning in the Playa Chica Pier area or the Porril. Both places are known for the large amount of sea life that they house. Also, their crystalline turquoise waters are one of the most interesting attractions in the Puerto del Carmen area.
This activity consists of a theoretical component about rowing techniques, balance and control of the direction and speed of the board, and in turn, a practical part where you can enjoy a walk along the coast of Puerto del Carmen.
From the board, you will be able to appreciate different landscapes, and those who wish to, can take a bath in the crystal clear waters.

Warning: Once you have booked and received the schedule you are not allowed to change/cancel activities.
Included excursions
Depending on the weather and wind, School3s are on an Island, so you can decide to not practice SUP. If the conditions are not good for SUP, they offer another day of surfing or yoga, however, you will not be left without an activity.
As mentioned above the yoga sessions are fixed times, Tuesday and Thursday 9.00 am and 6.00 pm + Saturday at 9.00. The times can change depending on the season, but the days are the same all year.
Instructors
Barbara Antonini
Barbara is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) Hatha yoga / yoga SUP / mindfulness / all levels, 10 years of experience at service. Her passion for yoga came with the meeting with her 1st teacher, Nestor, a doctor, masseur and meditation teacher, who came to live in Italy. She went to one of his classes and he explained the philosophy of yoga, how to adapt it to everyday life and then it was practiced but the duration of the theory was longer than the practice, as yoga was handed down 20 years ago.
Diego Gabrielli
Diego Gabrielli is a surfer since he was a child. He is now a surf instructor, I.S.A. certified. He is passionate about sports, football, snow, skate, and paddle. He is patient and an excellent instructor.
Retreat location
You will stay in a surf house specially designed for surf and yoga lovers. Willing to receive those who go in search of sport, healthy life and relax. People can make friends, learn from each other, and get to know the best spots we will suggest a lot of place to visit and point where eat.
The house is in Puerto del Carmen, a magnificent place that has optimal weather conditions for activities in the water, unlike other areas, where there are clouds and strong winds. Also, you can find a great variety of restaurants, bars, and recreational activities in this area, in addition to surfing, yoga, and paddleboarding.
Food
The meals and drinks are not included in the retreat price. There will be free coffee, tea, sugar, and more things to share. Sometimes, Italian dinner is available down a little contribute.
