Sasha Alex Morgan
Movement has always been a sanctuary and creative outlet for Sasha, and her greatest joy is sharing it with others. Professionally trained as a dancer in London, she has completed 550+ hours of Yoga training and is also trained in STOTT Pilates, Fitness, and Barre. Over the last 7 years, she has taught in studios and at events both in London and internationally. Sasha is the founder of online wellness platform Sasha Alex Studio and regularly collaborates with leading wellness brands. Her classes focus on building strength and flexibility to help you feel more at home in your body.
