With a teaching style that is intuitive, caring, and genuine, she wishes to send you home with tools you can take away into your daily life for greater mobility, peace of mind, and inner greatness. She received her RYT-200 from Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico.

As a dedicated coach, they're passionate about guiding individuals to realize their dreams and execute their startup visions. They're especially committed to empowering women, fostering courage and self-belief within them. In addition to coaching, they are a yoga instructor with a deep affinity for Karma yoga.
