Sandhiya

Sandhiya is a South African Indian yoga teacher who weaves energetic alignment, chakra practices, storytelling, yogic philosophy, and scriptural references into her offerings (classes and retreats), giving students a well-rounded journey into the Self. Sandhiya's training started informally at home through traditional practices and was formally certified in London where she lived for 14 years. Today she continues practicing under the guidance of her Indian based teachers.
