The food was good and the one instructor I met spoke good English and was knowledgeable

I've completed the yoga retraite they are offering at adi yogapeeth. It was a wonderfull week and I've had a really nice experience. The teachers weer great and very knowledgeable. They all are very kind and helpful and gave really nice background information of the things you were learning. The classes also gave me insights in my own patterns and behaviour and they give you tools to use during self practice and even for your daily life.

Because I did the retraite the school also organized really nice excursions after yoga and pranayama class. So that I was able to see a lot of the beautiful surroundings of Rishikesh.

I certainly hope to come back soon.

Das gesamte Team war sehr aufmerksam, hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Ob es die Nachfrage und Organisation ging, wenn einem etwas fehlte oder es einem nicht gut ging, wenn durch den Regen der Strom oder Wlan ausfiel, bei Fragen und Wünschen. Ich kann es empfehlen und man weiß... andere Länder ... und somit auch andere Qualitäten... der eigene bekannte Anspruch ist logischerweise vor der Reise abzulegen... eine tolle Erfahrung, viel Input, viel Wissen...nehme ich mit nach Hause.

The whole yin yoga course was amazing. I have learnt so much in these 85 hours from the awesome teachers, that I can now take away with me and put into my own practice and teach others.

The food is amazing and healthy, location is great with views of the mountains.

I have also met so fantastic people 🙏 I hope to be back to learn more.
