Samantha

Sam Schanstra grew up in New York but has been living in Bozeman, Montana for the last four years. Growing up in her mom's Pilates studio, Sam has always had a love for movement. It wasn't until 2020 that she reconnected with her practice of yoga. In 2023 Sam went down and studied in Moyobama, Peru to receive her YTT 200 hour so she could continue to share her love for yoga with others. Currently, Sam is teaching at a local studio in Bozeman where her style is Vinyasa Flow; with an emphasis on balance and intention.

Nyri is a Bozeman, Montana–based yoga teacher who discovered yoga while searching for a way to quiet her mind and reconnect with herself. Over the past decade, the practice has become a steady and meaningful part of her life, helping her feel more grounded, present, and at ease in her body. She now leads warm, approachable classes that blend mindful movement, breath, and creativity, inviting students to slow down and reconnect with themselves both on and off the mat.
