After four years of intensive yoga practice in Berlin in 2007 Maren finally found the place and the style of yoga where she trained as a yoga teacher, City Yoga Shri Community: the Anusara Yoga® Studio in Berlin. Anusara Yoga combines precision with dynamism, softness with firmness and, above all, appeals to the heart. A perfect combination that corresponds to her own understanding of yoga. As a trained sound therapist and curative teacher, Silvia have been working in her own practice "KlangRaum Paderborn" since 2003, with a focus on sound and awareness work. KlangRaum Paderborn was created 12 years ago from personal experience, learned methods and training. This is about the establishment of an integral life practice that meets the challenges of life with a salutary attitude. To pave this way through the connection with one's own inner sound and the means of sound and consciousness work gives her great pleasure.
