Samantha Berni from Roots Yoga is a certified teacher of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, yoga Nidra, Children yoga, and sound therapy with singing bowls.

Samantha Berni
Samantha loves traveling and exploring the world. In her classes, she always aims to create a comfortable and friendly environment where everyone can feel at ease. Her specialty is Vinyasa yoga, a practice in which, from a gentle warm-up, the rhythm increases slowly through sequences, aimed to stretch and energize the body. You will feel strong, free, and energized. She also teaches Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and likes to combine physical practice with elements of meditation, yoga Nidra, and pranayama, offering great space for the mind and the body to slow down.
