Dimitris Gkioulos
Dimitris is the owner of Re-Treat Yoga Studio in Chania, Greece. He has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2015. He is also a Thai yoga massage therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and chef. Dimitris organizes about 10 retreats every year around Greece and abroad. A life changing experience was the 10-day Vipassana that he completed. He believes that the more one observes themself, the most they can understand and improve themself.
