She has been fascinated by dogs since childhood – their unconditional love and ability to live in the moment have always inspired her. This love for animals and dedication to practicing yoga have led her to combine animal welfare and yoga, because she believes in the healing that comes from a regular yoga practice and the healing that comes from connecting with dogs. Her life is about mindfulness, inner balance and joy which are found in the simple things.
