Priya is an addictions therapist (BSc Hons), a transformational recovery coach, a trauma-aware breathwork facilitator, and a RYT-500+ yoga teacher. With over 20 years of yogic practice and lived recovery experience, Priya integrates clinical addiction therapy with conscious connected breathwork, trauma-aware approaches, and ancient spiritual wisdom.
Erika
Erika is a bio-energetic acupuncturist, a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, a breathwork facilitator, and an energy healer. Erika integrates meridian theory, energetic awareness, and breath-based emotional release to support holistic transformation.
