6 Day Summer Reset: Immersive Psychedelic Therapy Retreat in Basque Country, Spain
Summer Reset Retreat in Spain
This is not an escape, but a return: a return to clarity, to coherence, and to yourself. This summer, gift yourself the opportunity to slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with all that matters most. This experience combines digital detox, nature immersion, and psychedelic therapy, supported by a diverse range of approaches for body and mind. Drawing on methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), Sivananda yoga, and Tummo meditation, the program integrates therapeutic, scientific, and holistic practices to support deep exploration, balance, and personal transformation.

Program
A progressive journey in four stages
Stage I: Intake
Before signing up, a free intake call is offered to learn a bit about what participants are looking for, answer any questions, and provide more details about how the work is structured. Due to the small group setting and intimate nature of the experience, this is a necessary step to ensure that the group is coherent and balanced.
Stage II: Preparation
A one-to-one and one-group preparatory call is conducted in the weeks leading up to the retreat, providing guidance and leading participants in practices that help prepare them to engage with the experience more fully.

Stage IV: Integration
One individual call and one group call are conducted in the weeks following the retreat to help participants understand more fully what has been experienced and, most importantly, make any necessary changes to life with wisdom and grace.
The retreat includes personalized preparation, multi-day facilitation in a small group setting, and comprehensive support for integration in the weeks following.
Everything necessary is done to ensure that the experience leads to real, sustainable change moving forward.
An experience of profound transformation.
Integrative approach
The focus has been refined through years of study and practice, drawing on insights from disciplines ranging from Psychoneuroimmunology to Buddhist meditation, from Existential Counseling to IFS.
As such, the work is centered on reinforcing three fundamental pillars of wellbeing:
Explore your inner world
Through guided reflection and integrative practices, the roots of long-held thought patterns are uncovered, and beliefs and habits that no longer serve are gently transformed, creating space for clarity, self-trust, and lasting change.
Attune to your body
The work explores how to nourish and regulate the nervous system, cultivating the strength and stability needed to meet life’s inevitable challenges with greater calm, presence, and vitality.
Reconnect with nature
Immersion in wild landscapes supports slowing down, finding perspective, and reconnecting with natural rhythms to nurture wiser ways of being in life.
Tools and methods
Inner work
A structured and compassionate exploration of the inner world. Through therapeutic guidance and reflective practices, deeper emotional layers are accessed, unconscious patterns are uncovered, and connection to core values is restored.
Group facilitation
Healing happens in connection. The carefully held group process creates psychological safety, shared presence, and meaningful dialogue, allowing insight, resonance, and collective support.
Expanded states of consciousness
Within a professional and ethical therapeutic container, guided psychedelic sessions invite profound introspection, expanded awareness, and transformative perspective shifts. Preparation and integration are central to the process.
Embodied inquiry
Insight alone is not enough. Through somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and body awareness, emotional and psychological discoveries are anchored into lived, embodied experience.
Guided nature immersion
Nature is not the backdrop — it is part of the medicine. Silent walks, outdoor practices, and intentional time in natural surroundings support nervous system regulation, clarity, and reconnection with simplicity.
Tech detox
Six days are dedicated to unplugging from digital noise and constant stimulation. Creating space from devices allows the nervous system to settle, attention to deepen, and authentic presence to return.
Nourishing meals
Wholesome, carefully prepared meals aligned with PNI principles help restore balance, energy, and biological coherence.
