The retreat will take place immersed in nature. You will be staying at a beautiful, simple Buddhist center, with a 360-degree view of the valley, near the Fraile River. The location is an hour and a half away by public transportation or car from Valencia Airport.

Program

The retreat includes personalized preparation, multi-day facilitation in a small group setting, and comprehensive integration support in the weeks that follow. Every element is designed to support real, sustainable change and a deeply transformative experience.

A progressive journey in four stages

Stage I: Intake

Before signing up, a free intake call is offered to better understand what participants are looking for, answer any questions, and provide more details about the process. Due to the intimate nature of the retreat and the small group setting, this step helps ensure a coherent and balanced group dynamic.

Stage II: Preparation

In the weeks leading up to the retreat, one individual and one group preparation call are included. These sessions provide guidance and introduce practices designed to help participants prepare more fully for the experience ahead.

Stage III: Experience

An immersive therapeutic experience held in a private natural setting near Valencia, with a maximum of 10 participants.

The exact retreat program is always adapted to the needs of the group. The outline below serves as a flexible foundation:

Day 1

  • Settle and welcome
  • Nature immersion
  • Somatic flow
  • Breathwork
  • Focused therapy session
  • Microdosis
  • Integration session

Day 2

The retreat begins at 12:00 on Friday and concludes at 15:00 on Sunday.

Stage IV: Integration

Following the retreat, one individual and one group integration call are included to support a deeper understanding of the experience and, most importantly, the integration of insights into daily life with wisdom and clarity.

Integrative approach

This work has been shaped through years of study and practice, drawing from disciplines including psychoneuroimmunology, Buddhist meditation, existential counseling, and IFS.

The approach centers around strengthening three essential pillars of well-being:

  • Explore the inner world: Through guided reflection and integrative practices, participants uncover the roots of long-held thought patterns and gently transform beliefs and habits that no longer serve them, creating space for clarity, self-trust, and lasting change.
  • Attune to the body: Practices support nourishment and nervous system regulation, cultivating the strength and stability needed to meet life’s challenges with greater calm, presence, and vitality.
  • Reconnect with nature: Immersion in natural landscapes encourages slowing down, gaining perspective, and reconnecting with natural rhythms that support healthier, more grounded ways of living.

Tools and methods

  • Inner work: Explore the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns that shape life beneath conscious awareness. The retreat creates space for honest reflection, deep insight, and compassionate transformation.
  • Group facilitation: Experience the healing potential of shared presence within a safe and supportive group environment. Guided conversations and relational exercises encourage authentic connection and mutual witnessing.
  • Psychedelic therapy: Access deeper layers of self-awareness through breathwork, meditation, and professionally supported psychedelic journeys. These expanded states of consciousness can unlock new perspectives and support profound inner growth.
  • Embodied inquiry: Use breath, movement, and somatic awareness to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. These practices help release stored tension and support emotional healing through the body.
  • Guided nature immersion: Surrounded by the rhythms of the natural world, participants begin to slow down and restore balance mentally, emotionally, and physiologically. Practices support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and reconnection.
  • Nourishing meals: Enjoy wholesome plant-based meals designed to support physical and emotional well-being. Eating with care and intention becomes part of the therapeutic process.
  • Tech detox: Step away from digital distractions to be fully present with yourself and the group. Disconnecting from screens creates space for deeper rest, clarity, and meaningful connection.
