Her frequent practice helped her find harmony in her life. She became more aware of her posture, alignment, body movement, and most importantly, her levels of stress and anxiety had diminished. Becoming an instructor became her next logical step, she decided to complete her 500 RYT teachers training in India.

"incredible experience with small class sizes"
Marie-Elena runs a beautiful yoga teacher training, bringing together incredible teachers to deliver yoga message. Loved the food, the Ayruveda component, our yoga lead, and just the overall experience. If you are looking for something commercial, crowded, and manufactured, this will not be the right fit for you. This was such a beautiful experience for me, and the others in group, bringing together yoga with a south american flare. I highly recommend this program, and I am so happy I picked coming here. All the teachers just go above and beyond what a typical yoga teacher training offers.
from A Traveler,
The yoga teacher training changed my life. It was such a profounding experience, where the indian yogic (vedic) philosophy as well as the traditions and healing powers of the andes where honored. Because of the small group of students, we got a lot of personal attention. I loved, loved, loved the food and the way they really take care of you during your process. I am very grateful that I had the chance to participate in this training. Thank you Maria-Elena, Hugo, Leelah, Renu, Nicole for making this an unforgettable four weeks where I have made friends for life!
